Returning for #EugeneBeerWeek on Tuesday 6/6, its Hoptical Envelopment ⁠✌️⁠ It is still the only San Francisco-style Foggy Trip IPA we've ever made. Yes, it's a thing. Did we invent it with @biersteineugene? Maybe!⁠

This dank, fruity, and foggy (read: slightly Hazy) IPA is inspired by the Bay Area classics but with a new school twist. With Mosaic and El Dorado Hop Oil in the whirlpool, with a four-stage dry-hop of herbal Crystal, dark Columbus, piney Simcoe, and wine-berry Nelson Sauvin. Pouring golden orange and erupting with aroma and flavor, Hoptical Envelopment is sure to go right to your head!⁠

Our next Theme From The Bottom, coming in two weeks, is getting double the amount of vanilla beans (and marshmallow crème) that a normal Theme batch does. We’re heading for extra creamy! 🍊🍦

Protecting our water sources

Eugene was chosen as Oakshire’s location in part due to the accessibility of clean, soft water from the McKenzie River. Since 2013, Oakshire Brewing has partnered with our local land conservation group, the McKenzie River Trust. One percent of Watershed IPA sales revenue is set aside for the protection of local watersheds in the territories where the beer is sold, helping to preserve the clean water that is so vital to our community and our beer.
