BEER RELEASES:

Hellshire XII
Imperial Stout aged in Elijah Craig 12 Year Bourbon Barrels
13.5% ABV
Hellshire XII begins with a base of our coveted triple-mash imperial stout, Free Your Soul. With a starting gravity of 36 Plato, the beer was fermented to just over 11% ABV. Laid in freshly dumped Elijah Craig 12 Year Bourbon barrels, it slumbered for 20 months before a blend was selected. Pouring jet black, thick as motor oil with a deep brown head, Hellshire XII leaps from the glass with a bouquet of dark bakers chocolate, well-worn leather, pipe tobacco, and dark fruit. Finishing with a slight heat and deep tannic structure, our newest Hellshire is one of the most complex and exciting to date! Limit 6 bottles pp. 22oz bottle, $20

Heart Shaped Box 2023
Bourbon Barrel-aged Imperial Stout with raspberry, coffee, cocoa, and vanilla beans
14.5% ABV
Inspired by candy shared on the day of love, Heart Shaped Box returns! This 2023 version started out as a massive imperial oatmeal stout. After fermentation, the beer was laid in freshly dumped Kentucky bourbon barrels from Heaven Hill Distilling. After resting for one year, we selected from the barrels a careful blend, featuring notes of deep chocolate and strong bourbon. The beer received a generous helping of vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, and a coffee roasted by our friends at Farmer’s Union. Finally, a dose of raspberry puree helps emulates the hand-dipped confections. Pouring thick and dark, Heart Shaped Box 2023 springs from the glass as an intertwined medley of sweet richness, bold cocoa, and tart fruit. Limit 6 bottles pp. 22oz bottle, $25

→ These two barrel-aged bottles will be available to purchase as a set. While supplies last, any purchase of the two-bottle package will have the option to add on a set of custom-paired chocolates from Davey’s Chocolates, inspired by and made with our beer! If you want separate, single bottles, they will also be available to purchase via pre-order online or in-house. Due to limited quantities, pre-ordering is recommended.

Overcast Café: Mexican Mocha
Imperial Overcast with vanilla & cocoa nibs, spiced with cinnamon and peppers
8.2% ABV
Overcast Café exudes elements of coffee house drinks while taking inspiration from Overcast Espresso Stout. As an Imperial version of the classic, Overcast Café: Mexican Mocha is taken to 8% ABV with the help of brown sugar and extra oats for the smoothest body. After fermentation, our Overcast espresso blend from Farmers Union lays the foundation. We add cinnamon, vanilla, and cocoa nibs from our favorite suppliers. Finally, a house blend of dried spicy peppers gives an extra kick. Pouring black with a tan head, the nose erupts with coffee, cinnamon, and chocolate. The first sip follows suit with a vanilla smoothness. Building, the delicate heat from the peppers envelops your lips. Rich in aromatics with bold and beautiful flavors as gorgeous as latte art itself. 16oz 4pk, $16

Visit Munich Doppelbock
Strong, dark German-style Lager
8.1% ABV
Brewed in the fall so we can enjoy in the spring, Visit Munich is created in classic tradition with 100% Weyermann malt and German and Czech hops. To construct Doppelbock’s rich, malt character, we begin by running a small amount of the wort to the kettle. This initial boil intensifies the wort through kettle caramelization. After an hour of boiling, we run the rest of the wort to the kettle and boil as normal. Fermented at 50 degrees with our house lager strain, the beer is cold-conditioned for an agonizing but rewarding 4 months. We filter for clarity and carbonate gently. Pouring bright mahogany, the nose presents notes of dry plum, raisin, and sweet caramel. Smooth and rich across the palate, with a sweet malt character, one can find dried fruit, slight biscuit, and hints of chocolate. Let warm and serve between 45-50F to truly experience all that Visit Munich has to give! 16oz 4pk, $14
