Oakshire’s Dark Days of February is a month-long celebration of beers that are big, bold, and deliciously dark. We’re kicking things off early with guest taps from our friends on January 30. Throughout February, join us for exclusive dark beer tastings, including an Overcast Espresso Stout flight featuring four unique variants of our flagship stout. We’ll also be pouring beloved throwbacks like Heart Shaped Box (2023 & 2024), and closing out the month with the highly anticipated, limited release of Hellshire XV.

Hellshire XV
Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels
15.1% ABV
Hellshire XV is a cuvée of three barrel aged beers: Russian Imperial Stout, Rye Wine, and a long-lost barrel recently unearthed. Each matured in bourbon barrels for three to five years before blending. Notes of toffee, molasses, dark chocolate, and dried stone fruit draw you in. Warm and smooth, with dimensions of deep, dark, and boozy flavor.

Hellshire XV releases on February 20, but this year we’re offering something truly special for our most dedicated fans.
For one night only – Thursday, February 19 at 5:30pm at the Oakshire Public House – we’re hosting an exclusive Hellshire XV Wax Dipping Party. Instead of receiving a traditionally waxed bottle, attendees will get to dip their own bottle of Hellshire XV in a wax color (or multiple colors) of their choice.
This limited experience package includes:
