We brewed this beer for Portland’s 10th SheBrew festival, which celebrates women in craft beer. Our team picked chamomile and cardamom to add a fresh spin to this classic French farmhouse beer. These unique additions create a saison that dances across your palette with flowery sweetness, bright citrus, and peppery notes. The cardamom brings pine and citrus flavors, while the chamomile adds sweet, floral notes with a hint of earthiness.
