Notre Famille or “Our Family” was brewed in collaboration with our dear friend John Rowley of Santa Fe’s Rowley Farmhouse Ales. John traveled to Eugene in January of 2019 to craft this French farmhouse inspired Biere de Garde. Crafted with imported Belgian and German malts this ale was fermented with a traditional farmhouse yeast in open top wine barrels. Once fermentation was complete the beer was blended and dry-hopped with Oregon grown Mt. Hood and allowed evolve. Bottled in July of 2019 and conditioned until ready; we are pleased to share Notre Famille with you and yours.
