Nectarnal Slumber began as a wheat saison that was laid to rest for 21 months in neutral French oak wine barrels. In the summer of 2017, it began its life anew with the addition of freshly harvested nectarines from Harrisburg’s Detering Orchards. This farmhouse inspired ale evokes aromas of orange marmalade and bright stone fruit. Sparkling bubbles dance across the tongue whilst the silky mouthfeel and nectarines conjure remembrance of a Bellini cocktail. Fruit driven acidity finds its place as a refreshing restoration to a newly awoken palate, making Nectarnal Slumber perfect for any occasion.
