Pilot

Miel Mi Amor, or Honey My Love, is a reimagining of one of our favorite lager styles, the Mexican Dark Lager. Built upon a base of German malt, we add corn to the mash in proper Mexican brewing fashion, which provides a crisp, drying mouthfeel. It is hopped in the kettle with German Magnum and Czech Saaz, and then we add Wildflower honey for an added depth of flavor and slight finishing sweetness.
