Hellshire XV is a cuvée of three barrel aged beers: Russian Imperial Stout, Rye Wine, and a long-lost barrel recently unearthed. Each matured in bourbon barrels for three to five years before blending. Notes of toffee, molasses, dark chocolate, and dried stone fruit draw you in.
