Fruit Farm Lambert Cherry

The newest iteration in our Fruit Farm series, Fruit Farm Lambert Cherry began with primary fermentation in our open topped wine barrel fermenters. Once fermentation neared completion the beer was moved to barrels for extended aging. In July of 2018 Lambert Cherries were selected from Detering Orchards for refermentation with the beer. Bottled in early October and left to further age until release in March 2019
