2020 Fruit Farm
Our 2020 Fruit Farm begins with a blend of barrels from our Fall 2017 open fermentation season, each fermented in our collection of open-topped wine barrels and aged in French oak for an average of 22 months. We then carefully selected barrels for the bright effervescence and pleasant, restrained acidity each presented in harmony with one another. Refermented on estate Pinot Noir grapes from Oregon’s Iris Vineyards and naturally carbonated in the bottle, we are pleased to share our newest Fruit Farm with you!
