‘Oryctodromeus’ begins with a massive base grain bill of nearly 40% oats for our delightfully pillowy-soft mouthfeel. The nose erupts like a tropical fruit salad with notes of passionfruit, guava, and pineapple, followed by hints of resinous pine. Sticky hop oil coats the tongue with each sip, leading to incredible layers of fresh fruit. A pleasant bitterness rounds out the flavor, building a bridge between beer and juice and at some points nearly tasting like a glass of Dole, yet it’s a beautifully rounded IPA.
