Oakshire’s Vintage Barleywine 2019 was originally crafted as the onset of winter befell the Northwest in November 2017. It was then allowed to age gracefully in our cellars for many moons until its full potential was achieved. This vintage is filled with a bright aroma of plum and fig that invites you further deeper into a layered palate of chocolate covered raisins, caramel and a warming alcohol finish. Each sip is an exploration of evolutionary sensory depth; today and into the future.
