The Emerald knew a good reboot needed a good beer. The student voice for the University of Oregon since 1900, The Emerald had decided to evolve their game for the digital age. To celebrate the launch of their new college media company, The Emerald teamed up with Oakshire for their second collaboration brew: Revolutionale Emerald Dry-Hopped Pale Ale.
This easy-drinking pale ale is a golden, light-bodied Pacific Northwest-style Pale Ale. Dry-hopped with American Hops, waves of floral and citrus hop aromas greet the nose. A light hop bitterness finishes with clean, grassy hop flavors. A wide range of foods pair well with this pale ale, including chicken, pork, burgers, grilled salmon, cheddar, pumpkin flan and sticky toffee pudding. With 35 IBUs and a 12.2 OG, Revolutionale is a refreshing session beer at 5.4% ABV.
The latest in our Single-Batch series, Revolutionale will be available for a limited time on draft only in Eugene and Corvallis.
