by amanda | Published: April 18, 2012So many things. In addition to the Line Dry Rye- we just tapped a new Single Batch beer, called Meandering Monk- a lighter bodied, Belgian Single, golden ale. It has a fruity nose with a light lemon aroma beneath. Flavors of sweet fruits and crusty bread dominate. The Finish is dry and crisp, with a bitter snap of hops at the end.

by amanda | Published: March 30, 2012We've got a plethora of single batch beers flowing at the tasting room and around town including a return of Big Black Jack Imperial Chocolate Pumpkin Porter, and you probably wonder why? Well, with our numerous small tanks and our passion for creating new and unique beer experiences, we knew our fans could appreciate our diversity and variety. Plus, this spring is the 2012 World Beer Cup and we were able to brew beers that we wanted to showcase at the competition. We'll be headed down to San Diego during the first week of May to see what the judges think of our entries.

by matt | Published: March 2, 2012Following on the heels of our very successful (and tasty) Belgian inspired ale, Black Wit, we present to you Domaine du Lane. In general they are copper/amber to light brown and usually more malty and toasty than their cousins, the Saison. Hearty and fruity often help describe them and they may have a unique blend of spices if the brewer chooses.

Off Piste Pale ale, our Back Country Skiing inspired American Pale ale. At about 5.5% it's very drinkable and flavorful. It uses a new hop blend Zythos. This one is nearly gone, hoard it where you can. We made this beer with Van Havig and Ben Love of the soon to be opened Gigantic Brewing. We decided to salute the Red Rocker, Sammy Hagar. Because we can't drive 55, it is made to 56 ibus, 1.056 OG and uses 1056 Ale yeast. It is also made with Agave Syrup and a squeeze of lime.
