Shiny new tank arriving today!

While the skies may not be bright here in Eugene our brewers are all smiling today as a new 80 barrel brite tank is getting delivered and installed into our brew house as I type!

A brite tank is a type of conditioning vessel where beer is sent to ferment and condition before being transferred to a  keg or bottle.   The tank will be moved into the cellar located in the back of our tasting room and stand next to the existing brite tank.

Look for this new addition the next time you visit the brewery!  Happy New Year.
