Dine with us in Portland at Ned Ludd on Tuesday December 13th.

Next Tuesday, December 13th, Oakshire Brewing is proud to collaborate with Chef Jason French at Ned Ludd in NE Portland. We’ve been collaborating on the menu for the last two months and we think we have a killer dinner planned for you. The hi-light might be the first ever restaurant smoked beer that we’ve had the pleasure to pair with. We took some malted barley and smoked it over Mt Hood grown applewood at Jason’s huge smoker. Then I rushed back to the brewery and made a smoked blonde ale with it. We’ll be presenting it alongside a non-smoked pilsner and a smoked turkey leg and a braised turkey leg. It should be a great lesson!
