Our beers seem to come and go and fly off the taps faster than I can tell you about them, but look what we have for the lineup this week. Lil’ Smokey is a beer we are calling a Petite Smoked Porter, but more on that in a moment. I also went digging into the cooler and found a 2010 Very Ill Tempered Gnome. This is an Imperial version of our winter seasonal, Ill Tempered Gnome. We only have enough for growlers, tasters and on Friday and Saturday (if it lasts), pints. It’s 9.1 %, so come get a little winter in August! Finally, we thought we were totally out of Line Dry Rye, our summer seasonal. Lo and behold, we got another 6-sixth barrel kegs released for sale and if you need that last corny fill of LDR, hurry down to the tasting room. This won’t last the week. Harvest Ale is now available as well. Come try the diversity of styles we have in the Tasting Room right now!
Lil’ Smoky
Lil’ Smoky is a beer I made especially for the Mighty Mite Fest in Portland on August 27th. It’s a 3.2% porter with a touch of smoked malt. Light bodied with hints of smoke, roast, and chocolate, Lil’ smoky is just right for the dark beer lover in summertime. This one will move fast as well, so get yours today.
Waiting in the wings is our second EWEB Anniversary beer, Land Trust Lager. Look for the release of that beer in bottles and draft on September 8th. Finally, we have a Czech Pilsner lagering away that will be a great addition to fall.
Cheers! Matt
