Bruine Van Brugge – New Single batch Beer

The brewers at Oakshire have been up to their usual antics and they have recently released another lovely single batch beer!

Inspiration for this beer was borrowed from the Belgian tradition of creating a lower alcohol beer made with a house yeast, similar to the traditional pale ales of England, although somewhat less bitterly hopped. The Bruine Van Brugge (Brown from Brugge) uses Hallertau hops for flavor and measures only 25 IBU’s and has high gravity Trappist yeast used in it to produce a beer tasting of cinnamon, baked bread, and fruit..

Visit the Oakshire tasting room to sample this beer along with the usual beer haunts around town that carry Oakshire single batch beers!
