Oakshire Brewing’s Spring Seasonal, O’Dark:30 is now out in draft and 22 oz bottles. This Cascadian Dark ale is black in color, but packed with some of the Northwest’s finest and freshest hops. ODT is dry Hopped with Cascade and Cenntennials, lending a beguiling blend of floral and citrus notes to the hints of chocolate and roast from the malt. A sturdy hop bitterness is offset by the dark malts and it finishes crisp and refreshing. O’Dark:30 is sure to get you through the end of our rainy winter and into the blooms of spring. Available in 22 oz bottles, 64 ounce growlers, 1/6th barrels and 1/2 barrels. Enjoy!
