Another Beer and Cheese Pairing Class

We had such an overwhelming response to our last beer and cheese pairing class, Matt, Joe and I will be doing another class for everyone who didn’t get a chance to make it the last time. Join us as we try 5 new cheeses, four Oakshire beers and one guest beer. We will discuss methods of pairing, cheese production, sensory analysis and why drinking beer and eating cheese make for well rounded individuals!
