All I want for Christmas is 3 New Fermenters and a couple of Bourbon Barrels.

Wow! What a day at work.  Joe and I made the first of two batches of IPA.  Just as we were knocking out to the fermenter, Willy pulled up with his rig and three shiny gifts for us.  After a little fiddlin’ whe dragged them off and into storage for a few days.  When the cellar expansion is complete, we’ll roll them in.  And just for good measure, we got the first two (of many I hope) bourbon barrels for our collection. Hopefully we will have a nice collection soon.  I have the floor space right now.  Thank you everyone who made this day rock. You know who you are!

brew on,

Matt

Any plans on what you are going to put in the barrels yet?

I have tons of ideas, but need to fill them now, so may fill one with Overcast Espresso Stout and one with Watershed IPA. More to come…

Congrats on the article in the paper I look forward to checking out the expansion and drinking more of your brews.

I hope there is a chance we can see some dabbling in the Belgian style beers in the near future. I love the balance and distinct flavors their yeast strains produce, especially in a nice Tripel.

    Cheers.
