Who crawls through the little door to clean it? a little man?

I’ve finally returned from my vacation, er I mean research trip to Belgium. Wow, what a great country!  I’m jazzed to start building the coolship and make the authentic sour beers only to be found in the Wilamette Valley of Eugene…..just kidding Jeff (sort of ;) )  Anyway, I’d like to share a little of that trip with you and since I can’t fathom posting what I did twice, I have a link for you to my current blog at Flossmoor Station. That’s part I. As I have time between packing, I’ll lead oyu through the trip.
