Oakshire Expansion Continues Part II

On Wednesday, March 4th, the Oakshire expansion achieved another significant milestone.  The concrete was poured for the new floor!  All told, we brought in 30 yards of concrete, via three Knife River cement trucks.  Ehlers Construction, the General Contractor on the expansion, allowed us to dye the concrete and we went with a nice Adobe color as the brochure called it.  The dark brown hue is a nice change of pace to the usual and boring gray color concrete comes in.

Next up we’ll be completing the electrical and mechanical side of things followed by insulation, drywall, and painting.  Stay tuned for more pics as the progress continues.  You can also stop by any Saturday from 12-4PM for our brewery tours and tasting and see the progress first hand.
